• Payments once made are non-refundable after project work starts.
• Delay in payment may result in temporary suspension of services.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide complete project details, content, and images on time.
• Ensure all submitted content is legal and copyright-free.
• Review and approve work within agreed timelines.
• Maintain professional communication during the project.
• Provide accurate login credentials and access details if required.
• Project delays caused by delayed client responses may affect delivery timelines.

6. Revisions & Changes

• Minor revisions will be provided as per the selected package.
• Major redesign requests may be treated as a new project.
• Additional work outside the approved scope may incur extra charges.

7. Website Content & Copyright

• All content, images, logos, videos, documents, and materials provided by the client remain the responsibility of the client.
• The client confirms that all submitted content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Create My Web shall not be responsible for any legal claims, copyright issues, or disputes related to content provided by the client.
• All website designs, layouts, graphics, source code, and custom development created by Create My Web remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Ownership of the final approved website files and deliverables will be transferred to the client only after successful completion of payment.
• Create My Web reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, promotional materials, and social media platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Unauthorized copying, reselling, redistribution, or modification of our designs, code, or digital assets without written permission is strictly prohibited.
• Any third-party themes, plugins, software, or licensed materials used in the project will remain subject to their respective license terms and conditions.

8. Hosting & Third-Party Services

• Hosting, domain registration, plugins, and third-party tools may be provided through external providers.
• Renewal charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
• We are not responsible for third-party server downtime or service interruptions.

9. Project Delivery & Support

• Project delivery timelines depend on project complexity and client cooperation.
• Delays in content submission or approvals may affect delivery timelines.
• Basic support may be provided after project completion.
• Long-term maintenance services may require a separate support agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be liable for business losses, data loss, or revenue loss.
• We are not responsible for hosting/server downtime caused by third-party providers.
• Unauthorized modifications made by clients or third parties are the client’s responsibility.
• Clients are advised to maintain regular backups of their website data.

• Using our services for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Attempting unauthorized access to servers or systems.
• Uploading harmful or malicious files.
• Violating copyright or trademark laws.
• Engaging in abusive or unethical behavior.

All client information shared with us remains confidential and is used only for project communication and service-related purposes. We do not share client information with unauthorized third parties.

13. Termination of Services
